Debt Collection and Credit Management Seminar
While we offer many different debt collection training options, our most popular course is our one day Seminar in Debt Collection. This very successful introductory course is designed for small business owners and people working in credit departments of larger organisations. No specialised knowledge of debt collection or credit management is assumed and attendees participate in lively role-playing activities that reinforce key concepts by simulating real-life situations.
Attendees in previous seminars have come from a wide range of industries, and from organisations that are involved with either consumer or commercial credit, or both. All attendees are encouraged to share their own particular credit issues with the group.
